(Priority Listing Update- 4/10/02; Last Listing- 4/10/02)
Priority levels: 1- High, 2- Moderate, 3- Low
Priority Level 1 Projects Church St: Area from fowling Gut to Main Street in need of new system, especially with addition of St. Andrews Church drainage.
Sunnywood Subdivision: Realignment of roadside ditches & resetting of culverts in entire area required. Also need new outfalls in one or two locations. To date, one person may be willing to give easement.
Kingsberry Kourt: Piping & ditching to eliminate roadside standing water. Need outfall route, possibly easement. Install pipe & DI's along north side of Bunting Rd. to ditch toward Main Street.
Circle Drive: Install system from intersection with Chicken City to Hancock Lane. Easements needed. Survey performed and work is feasible.
Priority Level 2 Projects:
Fowling Gut: New aluminum box culverts- Phases Five, Six- Church Street, Maddox Boulevard. F&M has given easement on old Marine Bank property; drawing sent to Jon Poulson.
Burton/White Streets: Potential project to reduce standing water behind houses on Cropper Street. Survey complete-gravity drain possible-need easements. No work on easements to date. A portion could be connected to upgrade drain on Cropper St.
Pension St.: Replace old road drainage system. Work scheduled for next winter.
Priority Level 3 Projects
Main St.: Install new pipe on Audit property. (Pipe connects D.I. in Main St. to outfall along waterfront)
Mumford St.: Replacement of system is necessary. Hopefully, if Church Street work above is performed, need can be reduced & work postponed.
Horseshoe Drive Area: Low lying area between Mason Drive & Horseshoe Drive; much standing water & flooding. Pan; no outlet.
Jester St.: Replacement of existing system necessary. This system drains the large open field on Jester which extends to the north side and rear of Cathell Street.
Blake Point & South: Request from 'Hudson' tract owners to construct outfall from pond to adjacent marsh. This would relieve some pressure from Winder Lane outfall route. No response from offer made by Town.
Seaweed Drive: Replace/repair three existing culverts under road; easement pending.
