FIRE HYDRANT FLUSHING The Town of Chincoteague Water Department will conduct routine fire hydrant flushing beginning Monday, April 22nd – Wednesday April 24th from 9:00 PM to Midnight.  Residents may experience short periods of water discoloration and fluctuating pressures.

DMV Stops for Unpaid Personal Property Taxes

The Town of Chincoteague has implemented a DMV Stop for unpaid personal property taxes.  To have your DMV Stop removed the total amount due of your personal property taxes PLUS a $25 DMV charge and a $25 Town collection charge must be paid in full.
